Returns & Exchanges

At Face to Face Games, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5 business days.
